While you are enjoying this morning’s Sunday Showcase photos, Natalie is swimming in a long course meet and I am doing swim officials training at the same meet. Dolls are a major part of our life, but not all of it 😉
From Tony – Jane (Marie-Grace) was crowned May Queen during this year’s May Day celebration. Here she is arriving at the May Day dance.
From AGInParadise – Julie was checking the calendar earlier in the week in anticipation of her birthday.
Mika took this photo of Saige in the store.
From Kendra – My dolls are having a sleepover party! Here are my dolls from left to right: Kit, Samantha, Mckenna, Marisol, Kirsten, Addy, & Lindsey. The party was so great, Samantha fell right asleep while reading a good book.
From N at Paper Doll World – a group photo of my dolls taken after Holly’s surprise party (more pictures of that on my blog Paper Doll World). From left to right: Holly, Quinn, Meredith, Perrin, Violet, Juliet.
From AmericanGirl1332 – This is a picture of the new car that I made for my American Girl Dolls. The wheels actually turn! In this picture, Julie is riding in the car.
From Beth – Anneliese, Anne and Kit wear their new spring dresses for a walk in the park.
From Vivienne – Twins: Rochelle and Rochelle Scaris were posing for some pictures. I absolutely LOVE this picture.
From Allie – Saige’s new hairstyle.
Kanani had a fashion show and these are some of the outfits. The first one is Chrissa’s Meet outfit, the next is a shirt my mom had for one of her dolls and Julie”s meet pants, and the last is Chrissa’s Dress and MAG rainboots. From Vivienne.
From Mimi – all of my dolls.
From Agnieszka – Veronika hiding in the walls of an old castle. Waiting for somebody maybe?
From Alyssa – Kanani on the lawn.
From Cordelia – Katherine and Rose decided to take their dolls and Rose’s puppy for a walk in the nearby woods in order to enjoy the warmth and sunshine. Rose (McKenna) is wearing an Our Generation coat and Katherine is wearing the travel duster, scarf and magnificent hat from Samantha’s collection (retired). As well, she is pushing their dolls in the elegant pram from that same collection. The puppy’s leash is inspired by one of Karen’s crafts.
From Elly – My Disney Belle and Sleeping Beauty dolls still in their boxes.
From Hannah – Julie loves the heart pillow I got her for her birthday!
Thank you again for making my days happy and bright with your photo submissions and for being part of this great doll community we have built! I am grateful for each and every one of you.
We love seeing what you make for your dolls, adventures they have, and great finds. If you would like to submit your photo for next week’s Sunday Showcase, here are the basics:
- RESIZE your photos to 540 pixels wide (this is easy to do using one of the free tools www.picmonkey.com, ipiccy.com or fotoflexer.com)
- Email your photo to firstname.lastname@example.org (it must be your own photo – do not take photos from someone else’s site and submit them as your own)
- Put “SUNDAY SHOWCASE” in the subject line (I get a ton of email & this will help ensure yours makes it in)
- Make sure you include a description or caption for your photos
