First of all, apologies for no Wilde Wednesday last week – that whole Thanksgiving thing threw me off schedule. A few weeks ago I introduced you to the Tonner Toys City Girls – who are related to Ellowynes since the are both part of the Tonner doll family. City Girls are a tiny bit shorter and a tiny bit thinner than Ellowynes, but that hasn’t stopped me from doing the obvious – doing a little closet swapping!

Blair (Going in Circles Ellowyne) offered to model for me today. I apologize in advance for the lighting – I just couldn’t get it right this afternoon. I took the gray dress from the City Girls Gray Haze fashion pack and used it as Blair’s top, added the Gray Haze jacket, Dark Days Ellowyne’s black pants, shoes and necklace and I have a totally new look from:

This photo – from the Tonner Doll website shows the outfit on Brook-Lynn, complete with red tights, the scarf and the hat along with the dress and jacket that Blair borrowed.

Without the jacket you get better idea for how the City Girls dress fits Ellowyne. Part of the reason why this particular dress works as a tunic top for Ellowyne is that it is made from a very loose jersey knit. The jacket has a naturally swingy cut so it seems to work well even with the slight size difference.

I can’t decide if Blair is looking for her purse, is ready to teach an art class or can’t decide who to invite over for a cup of coffee… What do you think?
