If it is Wednesday then it must mean it is time for a little fun with our Wilde Imagination Ellowynes. Up in Natalie’s room there is a nook from a dormer window where we have created an apartment for the dolls using two American Doll Rooms as anchors. Today the Ellowynes decided to send the American Girl dolls off the store or something so they could take over the space for a bit.
“Would someone go grocery shopping already?” asked Lily ” And what do those 18″ dolls eat anyway? There is nothing in here but a few pieces of fruit, some eggs and a glass of milk.”
Meanwhile Nicolette was just texting her friends and sipping on her hot cocoa while she listened to Lily and Blair argue about who needed to do the grocery shopping this week.
Blair borrowed Kanani’s pajama top and snuggled up with the cat and Mickey Mouse while Lily finished making her own coffee.
You can see how the whole room is set up now. The Our Generation kitchen is on the left, Nicolette is sitting in Kanani’s chair, the memory board we made the other day hangs on the wall, there are parts of Julie’s collection and her bed as well.
“Blair, it’s for you,” said Lily as she sat back on the bed. Lily is wearing the jean capris that were originally on Little Miss Matched Girl Hadley (Rock ‘n Roll Girl) and they fit her perfectly.

They seem larger than what I keep thinking they are. Now when they are put to scale on American Girl items, I can really see their true size.

Well this is just adorable! I love Wilde Wednesdays. I too can’t get over how big they are until I see them in AG stuff. I LOVE Kanani’s chair set! Really wish I had gotten it, but I guess you can’t have everything.
Char- Do you recommend Julie’s bed accessories? Are they worth the cost as far as value goes?
Emma – we got Julie’s bed as a hand me down, but Natalie bought Julie’s bedroom accessories with her own money. She really plays with them a lot.

Some of the AG-sized furniture looks like it fits Ellowynes better than AGs! I love how Nicolette looks in Kanani’s chair, for example. Gah! I NEED an Ellowyne someday! Seeing these photos only proves that.
I love the scene you’ve created with the American Doll Rooms, too.
Kt – I’m glad that most of us were right when we guessed that she would be from the era of The War of 1812. That explains some of her other book titles. (why they’re called “Caroline’s Battle” and “Caroline’s Secret Message”). I’m really excited and will almost definately soon love this doll. I can’t wait to see what she looks like.
I love wilde imagination’s ellowyne dolls, to bad they’re so expensive! I don’t have one but maybe, just maybe i’ll get one for my birthday.

Char – Are those dolls 12 inches or 15 inches or 18 inches? And where do you get the cups?
Maggie – Ellowyne Wilde dolls are 16″ tall. The cups are from the bistro set that you can buy at one of the American Girl Stores.
