When we got our Kidz ‘n Cats Galina a few weeks ago, one thing I decided she needed was a new outfit. Her meet outfit was okay, but nothing spectacular. The Kidz ‘ Cats line of dolls by Sonja Hartmann and distributed in the US by Madame Alexander are very similar in size to the Carpatina slim body dolls. And while Galina was getting a new dress, Erin, our Carpatina slim body doll might as well get a new one too.
Here you go! Erin is wearing my all time favorite dress from Carpatina – the Pink Polka. Sorry about the lack of shoes – I was in a hurry to get these photos taken. Galina is wearing the Private School dress with Chrissa’s shoes.
And a close up from a different angle. I really love the Carpatina dresses and look forward to new items being added to the collection soon. I am doing my best to resist buying Julia and have my eye on on the limited edition Marie Antoinette dress too.

Omg!!!!! Lizzabeth and nicola are so pretty!!!!! But soooooo expensive!!!!! Do ag clothes fit them and have any idea where I can get one of those dolls(nicola and lizzabeth) cheaper?
I think you can – you just have to look around on the site.
They are slimmer than AG. Some AG clothes will fit them but AG can not wear their clothes.
Omg I love lizzabeth and nicola from there website but gosh there expensive!!!!!! Know a place were to get them cheaper and do ag clothes fit them?

I could not resist the new girls, and I have a Veronika on the way–I’m hoping she’ll be here Tuesday. (It’s a long ship time from the East Coast to the Left Coast.
And I am consistently amazed by the quality of the Carpetina dresses; they are just fabulous. I’m glad to see a picture of hte schoolgirl dress; it’s one I’ve looked at but I have a few others on my list first (like the Yuan Dynasty outfit). But the schoolgirl dress looks wonderful in these pictures.

Galina is a cutie. I saw Laura from the 2012 line in person & her hair is gorgeous. Not really playable, but beautiful.
