If you are looking for a single piece of doll furniture that can act as storage, is portable and has loads of play value this holiday season, take a look at The Queen’s Treasures Pink Bedroom Trunk – its awesome.

The Queen’s Treasures did send us this piece to review and it has become one of my favorite pieces already – you have seen it in some of recent posts but now is the time to take a closer look.

The Queen's Treasures Pink Bedroom Trunk

Let me start by saying that the Bedroom Trunk is BIG, its HEAVY, it is very WELL CONSTRUCTED and OH SO CUTE. Yes, it is a bit expensive ($234.99 – but read on so you can find out how to get it for less). It is pink and white polka dot on the outside with a handle so you can carry it.

When you open the trunk an entire doll room is revealed!! And I just love the mint green with the pink.

So, from left to right, you have a compartment that holds a Murphy bed (it is a bed that folds up for storage), that transforms into a desk with a chalkboard, an area to hang doll clothes and two drawers, another compartment for hanging clothes but is also perfect for storing 1-2 dolls when the trunk is closed, a chair for the desk and yet one more compartment with a full length mirror.

Sonali has the desk area set up with her manicure supplies – you know, you need pretty nails before you start your homework – just saying!

Chrissa and her cat, Ginger, decided to use the second compartment as extra seating while she and Sonali talk about their day.

I wonder what they are scheming now?

The second compartment makes a sweet little bed area for Ginger. Paisley is checking out her closet, trying to decide what to wear today!

Chrissa recommends the striped dress while she finishes brushing her hair. The Bedroom Doll Trunk also comes with three white wooden hangers.

To transform the desk into the bed, simply remove the desk top, twist the knob at the top, lift the bed up and it will look like this…

Ta-da! Now the bed is ready to be made.

Paisley is all tucked in and ready for a good night’s sleep! Notice how we put the desk shelf in compartment 2 as part of Ginger’s bed?
