From the 1998 limited edition Barbie Couture collection, we have the Symphony in Chiffon Barbie. This is another Barbie from Doris Chua’s collection.

This was the last addition to the Barbie Couture collection designed by Robert Best. From Barbie Collector:

Her haute couture ensemble is captivating with a flowing cape of iridescent, deep orange chiffon with golden trim, the perfect complement to her shimmering marigold satin skirt. Barbie^® doll’s splendor is further enhanced by her fuchsia, silk shantung jacket, accented with sparkling crystals and golden embroidery stitches. Beautifully designed down to the last detail, even her golden pumps are decorated with crystals.

I can see why Doris was drawn to this beauty. She is absolutely lovely.
