As part of the celebration of Mia, American Girl’s Girl of the Year for 2008, they are hosting reservation only skate dates at Rockefeller Center. The first one was held this week and featured the skating of ten-year-old Viktoria Petrenko, who skated to a Ukrainian folk dance. Viktoria’s father is Viktor Petrenko, the 1992 Olympic gold medalist.
There are two more skate dates with Mia and her friends on January 24 and February 3 and reservations are required.

Fun Fact: I’m not Catholic- I’m Greek Orthodox. We’re Christian, and we celebrate all of the same holidays. But, our Easter isn’t always the same as Catholic Easter- it’s today! I got Mia’s PJ’s, Mia’s acessories, Kit’s Birthday Outfit, and Nellie’s Pajamas. I also got candy and stuff, but those presents make my day. HAPPY GREEK EASTER!
