American Girl must be having good luck with their recent movies as they have already started production of a movie that will be released in January 2009 to go with the Girl of the Year doll for 2009. AGFMB isn’t accepting members because they had like a big onslaught (sp?) of members all at once, so they are closing their membership until they can work through all their apllying members.
They send you an email asking you some questions about why you want to be a member before they approve you, so they can’t just push the approve button…so it takes a lot of work so that’s why they closed it down.
LOL, hope that made sense. It didn’t really make any sense to me. :-/

Kat, my gradparents have gotten me all of my dolls! My mom’s parents n my dad’s parents – well combined it adds up! This last b-day I got THREE! B4 that though I usually only got 1 or 2 a year – but it adds up!

(In this area, the VIPS,etc; run UP TO YOU!) I’ve never actually MET her, (I’ve seen her) but my friend, Grace (she still lives in Orlando – where I moved from) has had a SLEEPOVER with her!! Just them two!! It’s because Grace’s dad runs alll the disney hotels and her mom runs all the disney merchindice!! She even got my backstage passes to the disney chanel games!!

Ok, wow, how do you guys like, instant message on here!! Whenever I post it’s like, the next day before another post shows up!! To answer Kat’s question however, I buy most of my own dolls but ask for the GOTY for Christmas or my birthday usually from my grandparents. They are kind of rich and buy me what I want!! I asked for only Mia, and they got me her AND her accessories!! Nicki is basically one of my favorite dolls, so get her if you can!! I haven’t been able to get on because I was stuck at band camp last week, then sold my soul to my 4h group for the Evergreen State Fair. I had to show the horse I lease, which took three days, then had to volunteer yesterday and today!!! Ugh, and tomorrow I have a stupid orthodontist appointment. The American Girls are lucky they never had to get braces!!!
