My favorites that I have are Rebecca & Lanie (AKA, mini-me Helena & Lucy). Of the ones I don’t have, Ivy is by far the cutest.
Cool. What outfit (if you have JLY #30) do you think looks best on JLY #30? Or which outfit do you think looks best on your favorite AG doll you have and which doll is it?
My Josefina looks fabulous in her Feast Outfit, and Sonali is gorgeous in Addy’s Flower Picking Outfit.
Lanie is cool with her Meet Outfit.
My Lucy looks good in Sam’s meet dress & the retired Paris outfit (with the blue beret & pink poncho). Helena looks best in any thing green, though i haven;t found something that looks bad on her yet.
30 looks good in Molly & Kit clothes.
Since when did you have a JLY 30, Lena?

What’s your favorite doll accesserie? ( Stuff that you buy sepertly for the doll like Kits typwriter,beds,Clothing etc.) Mine I think is the Curly Cue Day Bed. Not sure though!

Hey you know what would be a really cool AG Doll? One from the 1950′s, you know like the poodle skirts and everything! Her meet outfit could be the poodle skirt! That would be super cool for the Sarah and Denise dolls if American Girl uses them.
Sarah, one problem with that: ten year olds didn’t wear poodle skirts. They were mostly for the 15-20 age group. A 1950′s girl would wear clothes similar to Molly.
On that note, am I the only one who watches Leave it to Beaver?
Oh, But still they could pretend. Haha- 10 year olds like to pretend…

But it wouldn’t be the meet then. Little girls didn’t wear them everyday, and the meets are all everyday wear (Lizzie is the exception).
Leave it to Beaver was a late 50s early 60s sitcom (the first one staring kids & to show a toilet on TV (Networks were very weird about what you could and couldn’t show/say but I digress)) and it very well portrays the fashion of the time.

Ava, you ever watched morning TV? There is nothing on. I Love Lucy and Leave it to Beaver are the most entertaining things. I would call Beaver clean, but not like bleached clean. The boys do get them selves into some bad situations.
If anything, I Hate Lucy. But then again, I watch some really dumb stuff on T.V. What do I know?
It’s just that I never liked the character of Lucy. She’s charming but really funny, you know what I mean?

My best gues is that it has to do with Innerstar U, and they won’t launch the site until that begins.

I was also wondering,this is a stupid question but when you send your doll to the doll hospital what are the limbs of the doll and what are the torsos? Or a better way to say it is if your dolls legs are in bad shape what would i ask Ag to do for me? Thanks!
I always like Lissie’s Rose Garden Dress (1st meet). It sells for pretty cheap on ebay.
Limbs = arms & legs, as in anything that hand off the body.
Torso = the muslin part of the doll, the thing that the arms and legs are attached to.
