In yesterday’s Camp Doll Diaries craft we embellished doll clothes with sewn on shapes and embroidery. Madelon has another way to embellish your doll clothes – a rubber stamp!
Isn’t Josefina’s Hot Air Balloon top adorable?
Madelon found these Danielle Johnson Art Warehouse Cling Stamps made by Hampton Art. With a 40 percent off coupon from Michaels, the set was reduced from $9.99 to $5.99.
Madelon used a Preemie sized onesie for the top and put a piece of cardboard in between the layers to keep the ink from bleeding through to the back.
To make the design, just ink up your stamp and press down firmly!
The finished product! So cute. You could take it a step further and add ribbon bows at the shoulders or give your hot air balloon a bit of bling… let your imagination lead the way!
