Quick and Easy Blinged Out Doll Shoes

After talking about the doll shoes we got from Springfield Collection’s SFStyleClub yesterday, I posted the photo on our Facebook page too. One of our fans, Macs shared a photo of her daughter’s doll shoes all “blinged” out. So cute! I just happened to have a pack of stick on jewels in Halloween colors from a campaign I just did with Consumer Crafts so I decided to bling our Springfield tennis shoes out, too.

How to add bling to doll shoes

All you need is a pair of doll tennis shoes like these from Springfield that you can get at most craft stores like Michaels, Joann, AC Moore, etc and some self stick gems in the color of your choice.

Stick the gems on how ever you wish and ta-da:

Madison’s outfit is still a work in progress but I think these would look adorable with a tutu style skirt and tights.

I hope you are inspired to do something creative for your dolls this week! More Halloween crafting fun on its way!

  27. i would like to be part of the doll diaries team. how can i apply?

  28. Amy – read this post for information on how you can submit your ideas, tutorials, reviews, etc to Doll Diaries http://dolldiaries.com/a-little-monday-morning-this-and-that/

  29. Where did you get the outfit from? It’s super cute. And I love the shoes!

  30. Rachel – the shoes are Springfield, the white shirt is from Sophia’s and I added the same stick on jewels to it, the skirt is from Mini Me Dolly Divas and the leggings are from Adora. So it is a big mix and match outfit!

  31. Pretty Irish AG says:

Hey, Char, I found a cardboard witch’s hat at Michael’s that fits an AG doll’s head. All you need to do is paint it in the colors of Madison’s outfit and you have a costume. But that’s my opinion

  32. Char– Is there a specific type of hair brush or hairband you use for Madison? I may get her and I don’t want to ruin her hair. :)

  33. Delaney – I try not to do anything with her hair except finger brush it lightly. The AG pick for curly hair does work and I do use it from time to time.

  34. Okay, thank you :) This helps a lot :)
