Printable Doll ID Worksheet

On the way home from Natalie’s Field Hockey game this morning, we were brainstorming ideas for fun printables I could make for you to download. One of the ideas was a printable page that you could fill out for each of your dolls with their picture and fun details then put together in a folder as a keepsake of your own collection.

Printable doll activity

I thought that was a great idea and made one as soon as I got home.  You can draw a picture of your doll in the frame or take a photo of her and glue it in the frame. Fill out all the blanks with all her information, and in the inspiration frame, write in her favorite inspirational quote. Then punch holes in the side and put them in a 3 ring binder or thread ribbon through the holes to make your own book.

Click here to download the Printable Doll ID Worksheet as a PDF file.

Feel free to print out as many pages as you need for your dolls or your friends. This would be a fun activity to do at an American Girl themed party or a Girl Scout meeting, too.

Have fun with this one! Feel free to take a photo of your completed page(s) and send it in – I’d love to see what you do with this activity.

  7. and then put them in my school binder!

  8. Hey! That would be a great addition to send along w/ my dolls when I give 2 more of them away at Christmas. Susan and Raychel will be the next ones to go, and since I got them from Queen’s Treasures, they came in plain white boxes, so they can keep the names I gave them. (unless the little girls who get them want to change them).

  9. Oh, what fun! This is part of the fun of dolls, discovering and creating their characters. I’ve had dolls be exactly who I thought they’d be when I bought them, and other dolls who surprised me by not being what I expected at all. I need to make up sheets like this for all my dolls.

  10. Woo-hoo! This will really help me figure out my future McKenna/Michelle’s personality. Thanks Char! You are awesome. :)
