It’s time for another guest photo story from Loren.
The Perfecto Painting by Loren for Doll Dairies.
Since the snow was FINALLY melting, Saige decided to take advantage of the sunshine and head outside. Saige’s art supplies were scattered on the table. Molly, the whiz kid in the family, looked up from her school work and said “Hi, Saige. What are you doing?”
Saige placed her drawing book into her bag and answered, “I’m going to go and draw something. Be back soon!”
“Ah, it is so pretty out here!”Saige thought aloud, breathing in deeply.
Saige finally found the perfect place to begin and started drawing.
“Alright”, said Saige, “Time to go home, it is getting late!” Saige packed her things and headed home.
“Hey Emily!” Saige called, “Will you look at my drawing?” “Sure,” Emily answered, putting Chocolate Chip down.
“Oh, wow! This is amazing Saige!” Emily exclaimed.
“Thanks, Em!” Saige said, walking to her art studio.
Saige sat her sketch on the easel and started painting.
The next day, Saige got up bright and early to work on her painting.
“After a long time, and a lot of reminding herself to “finish before you think you are done”, Saige decided that it was done. “Perfecto!” Saige exclaimed, giving her painting a thumbs up.
