This is a photo I took a few months back, before it snowed! The story behind it is this: Kanani (left) was babysitting Krissy (on horse), when Krissy started begging to go see Olivia (Cowgirl hat) and Olivia’s pony, Silly. So Kanani eventually gave in and called Olivia to ask if they could come ove to give Krissy a rding lesson. Here’s the scoop on where everything (and I mean everything) came from:

Location: My backyard, next to an old stump.

The dolls: Kanani: American Girl doll of the Year 2011
Olivia: Springfield girl I got at Michaels almost 2 years ago
Krissy: a doll my parents got for me from a crafting store called Mary Maxim back when I was a toddler

Horse and tack: Our Generation, Target

Dolls Clothes:
Kanani: Shirt, AG Singing Star outfit. Pants, AG Photographer’s outfit. Shoes, AG Ruthie’s shoes. (No, I don’t have Ruthie, These 3 are all.)
Olivia: Cowgirl hat, MAG. Shirt, my grandmother handmade a LONG time ago for a doll of my mom’s. Denim overralls, My mom made. Cowgirl boots, bought online, can’t remember where. Bracelets, Silly Rings, Wal-Mart.
Krissy: My mom knitted all her clothes.
