Just in time for the holidays, the newest Barbie animated movie, Barbie in a Christmas Carol, comes out on November 4th. Barbie in a Christmas Carol is a heart-warming adaptation of the classic Dickens story filled with cherished Christmas carols, fabulous fashions and lots of laughs! The movie stars Barbie™ as Eden Starling™ – a glamorous singing diva of a theatre in Victorian London. Along with her snooty cat, Chuzzlewit, Eden selfishly plans to make all the theatre performers stay and rehearse on Christmas Day! Not even Eden’s costume designer and childhood friend, Catherine can talk Eden out of her self-centered tantrum.
It’s up to three very unusual Christmas Spirits to take Eden on a fantastical holiday journey that will open her heart to the spirit of the season and the joy of giving. Barbie™ in A Christmas Carol is a family favorite to enjoy every holiday season!
Some of the DVD features include:
- Barbie and the Diamond Castle Secret Scene! An exclusive scene from the latest Barbie Princess movie.
- Christmas Carol-oke Party — Sing-Along to your favorite songs from the movie.
- “Jingle Bells” Music Video starring Chuzzlewit the Cat.
- Collecting Dreams: The Making of the 2008 Holiday™ Barbie® Doll.

Firstie!!
I love “A Christmas Carol” – can’t wait to see it.
I’d like to see it but I’m not one for Barbie films.
Yeah, me, either. I kind of stopped playing with them when I was ummm, I think eight… but I can’t be certain…
But anywho… OMG my stepdad found not one, not two, but THREE SPIDERS on the side of our house, on our chimney outside!!! They’re so disgusting! I really don’t know how anyone could stand those huge huge HUGE things such as the size of those- I’m not kidding at all, they were the size of A QUARTER!!!
Okay, I hear scraping on the side of the house… Gosh, I hope Dad’s scraping those spiders off!!!
Well then. I should inform you that I want Kirsten’s movie to come out next. After I finish my book Thirteen, I’m going to read Meet Kirsten. I wanna know more about her!
Ok, well I got to go… Adios!
I know how you feel about spiders I hate themto but I have seen spiders alot bigger then a QUARTER try ALOT bigger well botta jet.
abd I do still play with barbies only cause the clothes are way cute!!!!!!!! bye.
i dont play with barbie but my sister and i watched the barbie dimaond castle movie and were laughing and making fun of it now to annoy my sister i start singing the song connected to her i mean they r just so cheesy
I don’t play with Barbie anymore either (I outgrew them when I was about 7 yrs old) and then they stayed under my bed for a while. But, when Marisol came they all left. I’ve never seen any of the Barbie movies.
When I was little, I played with Barbies, but I went through a lot because I left them sitting on my floor, and their hair got all tangled, and then i tried to brush it, and their heads came off. I still have a couple, and a Ken with a loose head, and a Gymnastics Stacey, but the only time I play with them is when I’m feeling malitious (sp) and act them out to have been in car crashes and stuff, cuz that’s what they look like. I think the Barbie movies are cheesy, like Veggie Tales. (YUK!!!)
Yeah, I don’t play barbie either.
NVM, I really want that new doll :p
I agree Gale I think thoughs kinds of movies are way cheesy.
Yeah. VERY cheesy movies. When I was about eight, I got a Penelope dragon from that.. Umm it wasn’t repunzel… Well, whatever had that creepy purple and annoying dragon. Anyway, I cut her scales, cuz I thought they’d grow back on. I was very stupid when I was eight LOL
oh and Jessica about you having spiders I have seen WAY bigger and alot more so be thankful bye.
I have a new passion: Irish dance
(Thank you Jessie! lol)
It’s so beautiful!
do any of you know about seeing eye animals? If so I have some way cool stuff about it now I don’t have a website but I can give you the names of the book or books if you like ok bye.
Not interested, h8 nonfiction
Well, I love Irish dance so much, mainly Riverdance, and I have the whole album on my iPod. I love it so much!
Oh my gosh!! My friends and I have to see this. Ok, we’re all like, 14 and 15, but we kept all our barbies (we don’t play with them), and we love watching the movies!!! It’s sort of like being a little girl again. We do make fun of some of the stuff because they are pretty cheesy (the little dog, Sparkles, in the Diamond Castle movie, needs to be put down!!) but we actually like watching them. Our favorite is the Princess and the Pauper!!
