One of these days I am going to make it to Stroudsburg, PA so I can visit The Queen’s Treasures store, but in the mean time, I can just enjoy the photos one of our readers, Monica, sent in.
Monica did not take any photos outside, but did get some nice photos of the store on the inside for us. In Monica’s words:
Here are two of my favorite pieces they have! The bed and dresser are just so pretty! (PS from Char – we will be doing a review of these and giving them away in Nov/Dec)
I love how they use the high chair to hold the shoes! They use lots of old furniture to hold accessories.
Here are the fishing/camping sets that Doll Diaries is giving away!
Here are some more outfits and accessories!
Sorry this is blurry but that chart is holding tea sets!
I absolutely adore this sleigh!
This is a very cute scene of the table and baking set.
My mom loves these pieces and so do I!
Here are more beds and I spot Lanie up there!
Finally here is what I bought. Cowgirl boots, cookies with the the box, and some really cute tights! There is so much of the store I didn’t photograph but I couldn’t stay too long so I hope you enjoy!
Thanks so much Monica! I really hope to visit The Queen’s Treasures one day. If you are in the Stroudsburg, PA area, The Queen’s Treasures is sponsoring a Chari-tea Event on November 11. Visit their Facebook event listing for details.

Wow, I didn’t realize there was an actualy brick and mortar store, I thought it was just online. Thanks for sharing, Monica!
Firstie!!!
thirdie! wow, what a beautiful store! Maybe I can convince my parents to make a pit stop there some time…
4thie! Wow, they have such cute things! Cool
Lovely to see the inside of the actual store. Certainly one couldn’t stay there long without having to buy everything! I love that filigree white bed and dresser. That is totally my style. Thank you for sharing.
Oh wow! I’d love to go there.
At least I live in PA!!!! Nice pictures Monica!!
Yay you posted it!! Thanks! PS I actually wrote the email but I used my moms e mail address and her name is Monica and I forgot to say “from Claire”
Claire – it’s okay – I think we are most happy about seeing the photos.
were things expensive? bty so so cute!!!!!!!!!!!
amazing! love the day bed!
This is so cute! It seems like a great doll store; I’ve never really gone to their website so this is a first for me of seeing their collections.
Cool! Why isn’t there a Queens Treasures or AG anywhere close to where I live ?
It’s a really neat store from the pics! Hope I can go someday!
Those pieces are so beautiful! I LOVE the sleigh! How much was it?
Natalie- the things things in the store actually cost a little less then they do online. They also have some things hat aren’t on the website!
love it!
char did you get my email?
Just a question-
Who has Caroline? Do you recommend her? Is her hair hard to manage? Are her outfits and furniture good quality/worth the price? I’m thinking of getting her for Christmas.:)
Paige-I have Caroline (got her for my birthday yesterday!) and I would TOTALLY recommend her!
Her hair and eyes are sooo pretty! I could see the curls becoming nightmare hair if you gave her to a four-year-old, but you’re a lot more careful, I assume. Her travel outfit, hat + spencer, and basket set are all well worth it! Great doll, great outfits, great job AG!
Oh, and something random:
I have The Duck Song stuck in my head! XDXDXDXD
-misspiggy=awesome
I love this stuff. I can just see me burning a hole in my pocket in that store. Too much cute things, too little money and time. The whole collection just screams Samantha to me. I don’t have her, but I love the Victorian stuff. The furniture is beautiful and everything seems so well made. I hope to purchase from her in the future.
i love the map print trunk they have!
i love to look on doll diaries but i couldn’t till now because i bwas at a funral today for my cusin:(
awww im so sorry mya lets your feelings out its the best thing for you!
thank you very much Gail
thank you
Thanks misspiggy=awesome!! That really helps. I will be hopefully getting Caroline and her collection this Christmas!!
And mya im so sorry.
The boots on the high chair look like Marie- Grace’s (the american girl) shoes from her meet outfit!
Paige, I have Caroline and she is awesome!!! She is very good quality. her hair is a little hard to manage (I am 9 so it would be tricky anyway) but it is very pretty.
Note to all american girl lovers: Do not leave ag dolls in the car on a hot day! I did that yesterday and where I love it was hot and Caroline’s (all ags probably) body became smushy. I had to put her next to the AC for , like, 20 min. Her head is still a little smushy!!!! Ugh!
do you think julie molly or caroline would be a great americangirl for me ps i’m 11 and i’ve handled many dolls but i need an american girl which one woud be the best to start with?
i’m 11 and i’ve handled many dolls but i need an american girl which one woud be the best to start with?
Mya- I think that the best ones to start off with would be ones with shorter straight hair. I haven’t ever had one with curly hair, but I am assuming they are harder to manage. I’m 12 and it is difficult for me to manage a wavy haired one, it just doesn’t like to keep it’s wave in! So I just have to do alot of finger-curling
But I would recommend getting McKenna, her hair is amazingly soft, and easy to mange. Plus, it doesn’t have a real part, so you can do side parts, middle parts, or no part at all! Hope I helped
PS. I think that you should get the one you just truly love. If she has curly hair, then so be it, plus AG gives styling and hair care tips here: http://store.americangirl.com/agshop/static/hairskincare.jsp
thanks
