Is it Spring yet? I can’t bear the thought of one more snowflake (or snow day) right now, so Molly and I just had a photo session with a beautiful and springy dress that Cupcake Cutie Pie sent me to review.

One of a kind vintage styled dress from Cupcake Cutie Pie

Molly is modeling this one of a kind, vintage styled dress from Etsy seller, Cupcake Cutie Pie. The dress is very similar to some of the other gorgeous creations in her Etsy store, but I have to say, the blues and yellows are just so pretty on Molly. The outfit includes the dress, headband and shoes for around $47 (each one is unique). Molly put on the headband and while she thought it was okay, something wasn’t quite right.

Aha! Molly needed her glasses! That’s better. And in playing around with the headband, I decided it really looked better as a sash.

Don’t you agree? I think it really finishes off the dress nicely. Let’s take a look at some of the details in this dress a little more closely – it really is beautifully made.

No velcro here!! The back of the dress buttons up.

I just love the combination of the striped fabric with the floral and the touch of lacy trim.

Paired with little white vintage styled shoes – just a perfect finish. Ugh – apologies for the shadows but these dark winter days make me wish my lightbox was already constructed instead of being way down on the list of Β other things that need to be done still.

The skirt of this dress is so nice and full! I bet Molly just wants to take it for a twirl. Maybe Molly and April can do that for their tea party they have planned – April is wearing a similarly styled dress right now that Diana made that I haven’t even had a chance to show you yet.

Did someone say tea party??

Thanks again to Erin of Cupcake Cutie Pie for sponsoring the Vintage Valentine Dress giveaway (you have one more day to get your entry in – go now!) and for giving us the opportunity to appreciate your talents and hard work up close with this review!
