Happy Thanksgiving to all our Doll Diaries friends in the United States! Happy Thursday to everyone else 😉

For some crazy reason I am up bright and early on a day where I can actually sleep in so I decided to spend that extra time sharing with you some of the things I am thankful for.

Tea party 2005

I am thankful for daughters, friends and tea parties like this one from way back in 2005.

First and foremost I am thankful for my family. Each one of them plays such a special part in my life and I couldn’t imagine it any other way. I am thankful for my friends – the ones I see daily and the ones I have never met face-to-face.

I am thankful for each and every reader on Doll Diaries – from those of you who leave comments and join the discussion every day to the readers that stop in and never leave a comment (although I wish they would – we don’t bite, you know).

I am thankful for my wonderful new friend Karen who has treated us to a fun doll craft every Friday since the spring. Not only does Karen share crafts with us, there is a lot of conversation that goes on between Karen and myself via email and IM – from brainstorming about ideas for upcoming posts to shopping for items we can’t get in our respective countries to sharing things that true friends, do.

And I am very thankful for all the Doll Diaries sponsors! They make it possible for me to dedicate as much time as I do to Doll Diaries. As you are doing your holiday shopping this year, check out some of our sponsors and support them, too!

So happy Thanksgiving!! Enjoy your day and be sure to check back daily – we have giveaways galore, reviews of some cool new items coming up, interviews with some pretty cool doll designers, more doll photos, news on the new GOTY as it becomes available and the Doll Diaries Holiday Parade is coming up – which means you will have the chance to win a Doll Diaries t-shirt again.
