Say hello to Tylie as Cotton Candy Crush! She is from the La Dee Da Sweet Party range and comes dressed in a tiered ruffled dress with curly purple hair with a cotton candy hair ornament. Tylie is quite the character – when I went to Natalie’s room to get her to photograph, she was hanging upside down from a shelf – oh my!

La Dee Da Tylie Cotton Candy Crush Sweet Party

Tylie is practicing more of her daredevil tricks – balancing on the edge of the trim while holding on to the flower on the wall. La Dee Da dolls can move their heads side to side, can move at the shoulders – their elbows do not bend, their legs move at the hips and their knees bend too. I really expected them to be more fragile due to their size, but I have been pleasantly surprised at how well they are made.

Tylie may be a little acrobat but she definitely has a girly side to her! One minute she was doing her balancing act in Nat’s room, the next minute I find her in the middle of all Megan’s nail polish trying to decide what color to paint her nails next.

So sweet! For some reason, I just love the artistic and fun makeup on the La Dee Da dolls – it is clearly put on in a sweet and creative way – you just wouldn’t see real girls doing makeup like that – unless they were in a play or something.

This is my favorite photo of the set. It makes perfect sense for Tylie as Cotton Candy Crush to surround herself with sweetness. These little goodies are called Millions and my Mom always brings them back from Ireland for Natalie. The closest thing we have that I have tasted might be chewy Nerds.

Which photo is your favorite? I really love photographing the La Dee Da dolls – they are so colorful and easy to pose.
