I hope you have some fun activities planned for this weekend! We have a busy day of rehearsals and time with friends scheduled, but first, I wanted to share my picks of the week with you.
The American Girl Science Lab set is definitely one of my favorites. Jen and Zoe at AG Doll Play had fun with this set recently and took some really realistic photos of their dolls in the lab.
Are you looking for a quick way to dress up your Easter scenes? Take a look at this sweet banner Anna made that will take just minutes to make!
For those of you who are interested in some doll history, you need to go take a look at Confessions of a Doll Collector’s Daughter’s most recent post spotlighting her sub-collection of hard plastic dolls from Madame Alexander. They truly are beautiful and something to be cherished. I just adore that 17″ Maggie Walker in the plaid dress from the early 1950″s and Amy from Little Women is definitely sweet.
So I am a little jealous that Simply Dollightful went to Hawaii for Spring Break! I love Hawaii and would be happy to sit on any beach right now. She took some great photos of her dolls while she was there – you should go take a look.
Pretty Lilly decorated some Easter Branches which is project I’d really like to do in people size one of these years. For some reason I just love this look as a centerpiece or on a mantle.
I hope you have a wonderful Saturday! Did you have any favorite doll reads this week?
PS – Have you signed up for our newsletter yet? If not, sign up now – I plan on sending out the next edition later this weekend.
