Today we are up-cycling a few St. Patrick’s Day party accessories into doll size fun! We will be using a couple of party necklaces and gold coins to make a mini table setting for St. Patrick’s Day party food!
The necklace pieces and coins are a great size for doll size dessert plates and napkin rings.
Let’s take a closer look!

- necklace with small shamrocks-St. Patrick’s Day party necklace
- craft wire
The gold coins and large shamrocks will be our mini plates and trays.
Use the coin and shamrock together or separate. The mini size is great for party food or a dessert.
For the napkin ring use little shamrocks from a party necklace. Cut the shamrocks off of the necklace.
Wrap craft wire around a pencil a few times. Cut the end and wrap it in place to secure. Press the circle to flatten it into an oval.
Glue the wire directly to a mini shamrock. To make it more durable glue a small strip of felt across the point where the wire is connected to the shamrock.
This set is fun, festive and a great addition to a St. Patrick’s Day celebration!
As a side note, all of the St. Patrick’s Day party item are from the dollar store. I have noticed them available at many stores but better yet, maybe you have some left over from last year!
