Buzz is definitely building around the new Disney Princess Tiana from the upcoming Princess and the Frog movie scheduled for a November/December premier. Princess Tiana is Disney’s first new princess in years and the first African American princess to be added to the princess posse. Some of her merchandise from the dolls, costumes, and books are starting to show up in stores.

Princess Tiana is definitely one of the more beautiful Disney Princesses in my opinion! Her movie is based on the fairy tale – The Tale Of The Frog Prince and has been remixed and is now set in the French Quarter of New Orleans.

I absolutely love the idea of a african-american princess! my neighbor(who is african-american) is 5 years old and the mother is buying her all the tiana dolls because she is so excited! I don’t want the dolls,but i do want to see the movie.
when’s the movie gonna be released? the only disney films i like are winnie the pooh, and mary poppins. too lazy to capitalize!

LOL. Anastasia is FOX and is based off a real princess who everyone thought was alive after her family was killed. Sadly, She died with them. Long live Anastasia Nickoleyvia Romanov.
