Cabbage Patch Kids Turn 25
In 1983 a line of dolls, called Cabbage Patch Kids, captured the hearts of consumers and kicked off an unprecedented consumer craze. We had the opportunity to get one of these Limited Edition ‘Kids early and let me tell you, “Anna” is a bonified member of the doll family already. My daughter has had so much fun playing with her – taking her everywhere basically – even on bike rides, which I hear “Anna” loves!

Friends Forever Girls Dolls
Firstie! YES! My sister and I used 2 LOVE cabbage patch kids, before we got into AG. Together, I think we had like 15 or 20 dolls! Also, I still have my old CPK from when I was a baby.
Oh, well I wasn’t around in the 80s. But, I was in the late 90’s. That’s when I got “Twinkle” (I was 2 okay?)

I personally don’t like cabbage patch kids. My mom has one from when she was 10. It’s up in our play room.. or movie theater… I forgot! LOL! It might be in Claire’s room actually…
I don’t know, I think they’re kind of creepy looking. I remember having one when I was a kid, but I don’t see what the big deal over them was! They’re just cloth and a little bit of vinyl!!! Freaky looking too…

Yeah, me too! For Xmas when we were, what, nine, Zoe? I got her a gorgeous CPK and named her after me. Well, my middle name, Elizabeth, but she shortened it to Beth, so she was SaraBeth Luna. And then, when we were, I think ten, I got her a cpk newborn, but she lost it. Thanks a lot, Zoe lol jk

Whether or not they are creepy is personal opinion. Like they could be so cute to one person but really scary to another. I really dislike the plastic ones, but I think the ones with the cloth faces/bodies are neat–I’d like to be able to sew a doll with that much detail.
im saving up my money 2 send my JLU 2 the doll hospital. i hope they make her look brand new. she needs it1 lol, rite jess?

I got her off ebay and there was a little whole in her wig. I took the fork I was eating my lunch with and picked at the whole. (Really dumb). Next thing you know, you have a bald doll!
WOW!!!!!!!!!!! well I hope you get that fixed anywho I’m going to be getting Felicity with my b-day money and anything I can find and so far I need 74.00$ and that could take a while.

I only had one CP doll while I was growing up, and I didn’t like it very much. She had a clock on her overalls, and brown hair, the shoes and socks are long gone, and she’s in the bottom of my closet somewhere. Poor her.
Hi, everyone! Wow, I can’t believe hurrican Gustav didn’t do much to New Orleans. But I’m very happy that the levees blocked out most of the water. It’s cloudy here. We’re about two or three states ffrom the coast, so it’s cloudy here from Gustav’s remains. Well, three more ‘canes r coming! As if GUSTAV wasn’t enough!

Well, Kit is supposed to get A LOT of stuff tomorrow, and Josefina Kaya and Samantha will get new outfits. I already posted that before though.
And…hmm… Mia’s whole world comes out tomorrow and so do 4 new JLY…but again, that’s already been posted. I hear there’ll be a new science and art set but that might be on here already too.
So I guess I don’t know anything truly new.
I’m going to have to get off the computer soon, just so you know.

last night there was a tornado where i live we were all in my basement for hours
tropical storm hanna was crazy last night and all those tornados freaked me out
