DivaJaynie (my daughter) has been wanting to go for the longest time and we had been looking for the occasional bus tours that are offered in our area (upstate NY). Back before Christmas, who would believe I found the advertisement for the junket scheduled on her exact birthday?!? I have had a hard time getting a cake scheduled for us at our lunchtime. I don't know if this is because we are already in a group tour or what- has anyone had any experience with this? It’s our trip of a lifetime to the promised land! My daughter & I are going to AG Place next Wednesday for her birthday on a bus trip from Syracuse to NYC. It is kizmet that the trip is on her actual birthday-- AND-- her best friend & best friend's mom are also coming!! She is a HUGE Molly/Emily fan and loves summer camp- I will bet you all dollars to doughnuts we will be bringing home the Gowonagin tent!! (If she doesn't opt to buy it with her birthday money from grandparents- Mama might intervene and let her get it anyways, depending on what other trinkets we might also want!!) I cannot wait!!
