Tuesday Walt Disney Imaginering announced to expansion and re-branding of Walt Disney Worlds Down Town Disney area into Disney Springs. In addition, many new restaurants and shops will be added to enhance the new experience. One of these includes a brand new American Girl Place Flagship store (Chicago, New York , Los Angeles). The picture includes POTENTIAL vendors, not approved ones. I live in Orlando and know people who work at Disney. This isn’t a final list of vendors.
It also includes Disney run vendors. American Girl entering the Orlando market at this time is a great economical move. Universal is expanding Potter which will bring flocks of “Potterheads” , Disney World is about to receive a major update and expansions, not to mention Disney being the most visited place in the world. It only makes sense for AG to jump in and expand the company.
