American Girl of the Year 2009 Will Be Chrissa
Then 2009 GOTY for American Girl is still a highly guarded secret, but if you do some sleuthing you can find out bits and pieces. We know that there will be a movie released along with the doll. The movie, American Girl: Chrissa Stands Strong, is in pre-production with Sobini Films.
Sammi Hanratty will be playing in the movie – she told us herself in a recent video clip.

Ashleigh, people can audition for the big parts. My friend auditioned for a small movie, and she almost got the big part. She was an understudy though, but she got to experience the reality of being a REAL actress and Ashleigh, no offense, but if you were a real actress, your name would be in every magazine possible and that’d be really bad. Wanna know why? Because people gossip about others and that’s really mean. I’ve been gossiped about and many of my guy friends have too because I hang out with so many guys instead of girls (I have some girl BFs on here and AGFMB and at school, but not a lot). I’ve even been called a retard by one of my sister’s friends who though that because I was deaf, I was a retard. And retard means stupid, so I would appreciate for everyone who is using this site not to say anything rude or mean like “Oh, you can’t get this part because I am.” or “There’s no way you can get this part because I’m better than you.” things like that. If you mean both the Chrissa movie and the Julie move, than no. The Chrissa movie has already been casted. If you mean the Kit movie and the Julie movie, it’s a yes. They are planning on having open auditions for the Julie movie and I want to go to it! I’m practicing singing and working out every day now, just in case I audition for the Julie move, or for community theater. Or both
Your right Sienna – any girl who loves to act is a “real” actress even if she doesn’t star in any “major” movies. And I agree that its not something to fight over. We should just stick to topics that we aren’t going to argue over.

I notice that a LOT of you are new here, so I’ll introduce myself (again). I used to post on Doll Diaries, quite a bit. I post and Sienna C, because there is another sienna here (amazing! I’ve never met another until now!), and I also post as Anna (Pronounces Ah-nuh), my nickname.
I haven’t posted here in such a long time it’s amazing! Lol. So I wanted to update you guys. The TV show for local stations officially aired and is doing well, and I am filming for next season (But it’s only for some people, if you get the station… but for safety reasons I am not telling anyone what it is because that tells you exactly where I live).
Also, I turned 14!!!
But anyhow, I got ruthie a while ago and she is still fine, just slightly dusty (The dust sticks to her black hair, lol!) but still nice! I am not a fan of her Christmas dress, however.
I never did see Kit’s movie and am shocked at how fast it came and went, but I hear Abigail and Madison were amazing!
Well, my life is busy now that school is back being in 9th grade and all, so I hopefully will get to reply to you guys more often and be sure to check out my American girl website when I am finished, it’s on Piczo so I am not exactly sure WHAT the old ones URL is, and hopefully I am going to be successful at keeping it active this time!

I REALLY like Sonali! She has pretty hair and cool clothes.
Have you seen the new AG pets? They are adorable! I love Ginger and Sugar. I already have Coconut and I don’t like Honey quite as much as Ginger or Sugar (but still, Honey is really cute!). I wish that the AG website had all of the new stuff in the new catalogue- I got mine today.
Anyway, if anybody gets more info on the new stuff don’t hesitate to tell.
