Here are some group photos of all the 18″ American Girl Dolls (minus Chrissa, Sonali and Gwen). They are all so cute – it makes you want them all!

Collection of American Girl Doll of the Year Limited editions

Starting from Left to Right, the Limited Edition Girls of the Year are: Lindsey (2001), Kailey (2003), Marisol (2005), Jess (2006), Nicki (2007), and Mia (2008). Since Chrissa, Gwen and Sonali are available now, they were not displayed here. All of the past Girls of the Year are now retired. They best place to look for the dolls and their outfits and accessories is on eBay (here is a custom search for them).

American Girl Historical Dolls

This was the display for all of the historical dolls – notice Samantha, Nellie, are not there (for some reason Elizabeth and Emily are missing from the display too). Left to right, Kaya, Felicity, Josefina, Kirsten, Addy, Kit, Ruthie, Molly, Julie and Ivy.

About the photo: The bunk bed was made for my daughter Natalie by my husband, and the blankets were knitted for her by her grandmother. Mia is wearing the Just Like Me doll skirt and a t-shirt from the Doll Tees: Sparkling Shirts to Make Your Doll Shine! (American Girl Library). Natalia (who is a Just Like Me doll) is wearing the souvenir outfit from an AG Fashion Show that we attended for my daughter Natalie’s birthday. You can see even more photos and get a full report on the American Girl Fashion Show at Bonggamom’s site.
One of the items in the goody bag they gave Natalie at the fashion show was some coloring pages. (You can print the doll coloring pages here)

The first one was held this week and featured the skating of ten-year-old Viktoria Petrenko, who skated to a Ukrainian folk dance. Viktoria’s father is Viktor Petrenko, the 1992 Olympic gold medalist.

There are two more skate dates with Mia and her friends on January 24 and February 3 and reservations are required.
