A few days ago I was just browsing my favorite visual bookmarking service – Pinterest – when I came across the most adorable knitted dress being modeled by Elizabeth. That inspired me to check out Etsy and other sites for more knitting goodness to share with you. I think I am going to add learning to knit to the list of things I want to do this summer.

Knitted Doll Clothes

So from left to right on the top row and then left to right on the bottom row we have:

  1. Blue cardigan – Eva Cardigan – Sweater Knitting Pattern For 18″ American Girl Dolls
  2. Red dress – Annie Dress Pattern
  3. Red hat – Pattern for doll hat
  4. Green dress – Free American Girl Lace Dress Pattern
  5. White dress – Free American Girl Lace Summer Dress Pattern
  6. Striped sweater – Hand Knit Doll Sweater for sale on Etsy
  7. Sweater and skirt set – American Girl Doll Knit Skirt and Sweater Set for sale on Etsy
  8. Striped cardigan – Matilda Cardigan Sweater Pattern

So, how cute are all of those? Now, how to teach myself to knit.  I found a few resources I may check out at our local library to start:
